Brains on Fire: Neroscience and the Gift of Youth

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

A startling new era of scientific brain research has revealed controversial views about the adolescent brain, including the neuroscience of adolescent risk-taking—the idea that they’re not able to make logical, mature, decisions. This seminar proposes a theological framework for accepting both the strengths and limits of young people.

Dean Blevins will present ideas from his research on teen neurology with the remainder of the panelists responding with questions and comments to lead us into a great discussion.
